Walking Tours of Historic District Lecture Series


Walking Tours of the Historic District

     
The Summerville Dorchester Museum is now offering walking tours of Summerville's Historic District by request.
Please call the Museum at (843) 875-9666 for more information.
Ask for information about other guided tours available.

     
The Cost:
$10 per adult
$5 per child (12-17)
Children under 12 are free
Cash or check only; accepted at the time of tour

     The tour meets at the Museum. You will then follow the guide by car to the Cuthbert Community Center at Azalea Park where the walking tour will begin. Free parking is available at the Cuthbert Center. The walk lasts approximately one hour.

     Good walking shoes are advisable as there are no sidewalks on the tour route. During summer months a hat and a water bottle are recommended.
